Reflective writing

Over Easter I tried the fake snow scenic art, which would have communicated the snowdrift better but I really preferred the abstract detective-note scenic art since it conveys the main theme of a mystery better. For the fake snow and blood my peer said it had
more of a war atmosphere than murder mystery which isn't what I want. Then I also tried having the train be more abstract - showing landscape of Istanbul (destination of train). Which was definitely interesting - having everything exterior abstract but the interior of the train is completely realistic but I feel like the abstract landscape and notes clashed.

Having realistic train exterior in contrast to abstract scenic art helps give audience
visual context and grounds them to still also understand context of the train itself a bit better. I also found the blood and writing too distracting, it conveys the murder mystery theme very well, but I'd rather that come through the acting.
